Ingredients

- 2ELgrated cheese (e.g., mountain cheese or Emmental)
- 1Spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1TLMustard
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Oil or butter for the waffle iron
- 150gCurd cheese or plant-based alternative

Prepare the potatoes:
Grate the boiled potatoes coarsely or mash them with a fork.
Mixing waffle batter:
