I have an anonymous account that I can no longer access. Is my data lost?
We introduced the anonymous account because some users wanted to use the app without disclosing personal information. This means we have no way to restore your account if you log out, delete the app, or want to use it on another device.
Unfortunately, the anonymous account isn't a completely offline account—it still requires an internet connection. If you're interested in a completely offline account, please vote for the corresponding extension suggestion here .
In addition to the anonymous account, you can also log in via email, Google, or Apple account. If you log in with one of these accounts, you can access your data even if you reinstall the app or use it on a different device.
